1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to most locations across India. If your delivery address is not serviceable, we will notify you before dispatching your order.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
   

3. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time.
   

4. Shipping Charges (Weight-Based)

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location.

• The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

• Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may not be eligible for free shipping and could include additional handling charges (if COD is enabled).
   

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website or the tracking link provided.
   

6. Failed Deliveries

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice.

• If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

• Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
